Problem with my order

In case you do not receive an order or part of it, or if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service in the "Contact Us" section of our website.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number that appears in the confirmation email. For any additional questions, you can contact our Customer Service Department.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To modify or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service. Our advisors will be happy to assist you with your request.

To change the delivery address, you can do so by accessing the My Profile section from My Account. It cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed. If the order is "on its way" and you want to change the delivery address, we recommend that you contact the delivery company directly.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days after receiving the order for the return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by the miniatures, samples and other gifts provided with the shipment, as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.

Once the item has been returned and received, ANFAS Perfumes will determine if the products are in their original condition and, if everything is correct, the refund will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was paid. Please note that products returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated or used by the customer may be subject to depreciation in their refund or may not be refunded and therefore reshipped.
